"Ivel PRO" Ltd.
“IVEL-CO” Ltd. was founded on 14th May 2008 as a Sole-Owner Limited Liability Company. At that time the Company's main activity was the Manufacturing of workwear and uniform clothing. Over the years, following the natural path of development, the scope of business activities was complemented by the Trade in workwear, safety shoes and protective equipment for labour protection, the Trade in cleaning products and hygienic and sanitary materials, as well as the Manufacture of cotton cleaning rags.
In 2008, the Company “IVEL-CO” Ltd. was entered in the Commercial Register with Unified Identification Code [EIK] 200194984. On 30th July 2008, the Company was registered under the VAT Law with VAT ID No. BG200194984. The registered offices and address of management is located in the Town of Novi Pazar, 38,Tsar Osvoboditel Str. The retail store is located in the Town of Shumen, 9, Madara Blvd..
Warehouse base
The Company has its own warehouse with an area of 1000 sq.m. in the Town of Novi Pazar, offices and showroom in the Town of Shumen. In May 2018, a new Showroom was opened on the territory of the Town of Shumen, following our policy of creating a network of such sites on the territory of the country.
Also, we have recently acquired a Sewing factory in the Town of Shumen with a capacity of 100 jobs for the needs of our customers who ask for the supply of workwear on demand.
Staff and partners
The number of staff at the Company “IVEL-CO” Ltd. is 20 people, as we plan to increase the number of employees depending directly on the growing needs of our customers.
Our principal supplier and partner is the Company “Ardon”, Czech Republic. We work successfully with suppliers from the UK, Italy, Germany, Turkey, as well as from Asia.
For several years, we have been organizing own regular container imports.
In 2013, we created our own production of white and colour cotton rags, with a capacity reaching 25 tons/month.
Also, an integral part of the Company’s portfolio are the hygiene and sanitary materials offered, such as kitchen rolls, toilet papers, hand towels, dispensers, garbage bags, brushes, mops, cleaning kits etc.
The Company “IVEL-CO” Ltd. successfully trades its production on the Bulgarian and foreign markets, having our own means of transport and providing flexible logistics service.
In 2017 and 2018, our Company was selected and successfully implemented dozens of Projects under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" of the European Social Fund.
We offer the full range of products of the brands 3M/including Peltor/, Drӓger, ATG, Ardon, Honeywell, Univet, Kratos safety, Sundström, Portwest, Schubert and many others.
In August 2017, our Company achieved an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) certification.
